With 50 Dutch Guilders and a one way ticket, I left for New York. This was during Reaganomics, so one dollar equalled 4 guilders. So, I was quite poor, and I only had very few rolls of film to spend on my personal photography, but I was still able to make at least a few photographs. It seems that I was mostly interested in public transport and snow.
